This monitoring service includes updates and changes to the listings. It also includes reviewing logs to check traffic volume as a result of the local listings. We make recommendations when we notice traffic trends regarding local engines and directories that are performing well.
Tip: Implement some type monitoring for walk-in traffic. This could be as simple as offering a 5% to 15% discount for customers or clients who complete a very brief 3 to 5 question survey.
One method would be to give each customer or client a survey card with the following questions.

- Email Address or Physical Address
- How did you find us?
- Is this your first visit?
- Would you recommend us to friend
